SA’s newest music festival, Stone & Dust, is set to take over the Limestone Coast • Glam Adelaide
Say hello to South Australia’s newest music festival, Stone & Dust, and to say it’s off to a great start is an understatement. Coming to the Limestone Coast in November, the festival will be held in the 150-year-old Mount Gambier Old Gaol, making for a truly unique atmosphere to experience.
From noon, the new addition to Adelaide’s festival stage will feature performances from some of Australia’s finest musicians. So who are they, you ask? Let me tell you.
First, the band that revived Black Betty and turned it into an Australian anthem – Spiderbait. Alternative rockers will take to the stage bringing their energetic presence to rip the lid off Mount Gambier.
They will be joined by Melbourne band Kingswood, whose love-inspired rock, blues and music have taken Australia and the world by storm.
With two ARIAs under his belt, Drapht is Australian hip-hop royalty with a catalog of classic songs that feature his infamous lyrics and melodic hooks.
The first list of artists is none other than Australian hip-hop superstar, Seth Sentry. With a career spanning over 15 years, Seth has won a legion of fans around the world, establishing himself not only as one of the most exciting artists of the decade, but also as a jaw-dropping live performer.
With more supporting acts yet to be announced, Stone & Dust is shaping up to be a must-attend event that will hopefully return year after year. Great music, delicious food, trendy bars and a unique location – why not take the trip to the Limestone Coast?
