Hangout Music Festival returns after two-year hiatus

Hangout Music Festival officials have unveiled the lineup for the 2022 event, which will hit the beaches of Gulf Shores on the weekend of May 20-22.

Presale registration is now open for the popular festival, which is back after being canceled in 2020 and 2021. The music party, which had become an unofficial kickoff to the summer along the coast of the Gulf of Alabama since its inception in 2010, attracts an array of pop, rock, hip-hop, electronic and country artists. General ticket sales are scheduled to open on Monday, December 13.

The festival’s headliners for his comeback include singer and rapper Post Malone, Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala and Grammy-winning singer Halsey. Other artists on the lineup include R&B and rap sensation Doja Cat, Chicago pop-punk band Fall Out Boy, dance music star Illenium, Houston hip-hop artist Megan Thee Stallion, country singer Kane.
