3rd Annual Latin Dance and Music Festival in Arcata October 6-9

Announcing the 3rd Annual Humboldt Latin Music and Dance Festival to be held on the North Shore October 6-9. Celebrate the beautiful dances and music of Cuba, the Caribbean, Africa, Brazil, Colombia and more! You are invited to join this amazing 4-day Latin dance and music festival, whether you come for the music, the dance or both! Workshops are taught by world renowned dance professionals with three evenings of late night dance parties including live salsa bands and Latin music DJs. The event kicks off on Thursday night, October 6 with a pre-party fundraising event featuring The Latin Peppers at Redwood Raks. The Friday Salsa Dance Party with Tropiqueño at Humbrews is sure to get you dancing! Guest DJs are hosting a dance party in two venues on Saturday night October 8 for all the best Latin dance vibes and the hottest dance music. The festival offers a mix of over 20 beginner to advanced level workshops throughout the weekend. All workshops take place at Redwood Raks, in the Creamery District, Arcata.
